For this project, I wanted to design an out of the box fashion blog when compared to current blogs present within the digital space. I wanted to hint towards a visually progressive website and wanted for the imagery to be the main focus.

I experimented with different typographies - a traditionally editorial one with a more modern font to create an antithetical visual experience: traditional versus futuristic, and how they build on one another.

For displaying purposes, I also chose to integrate the imagery in landscape photography for context. I thought it was important to also offer the clothes and characters from the images also a space to live in beyond.

Conclusion:

The process was incredibly fun as well as better understanding what users need and expect. From this point, next steps would involve discussing more with artists as well.
